Sunteck Realty Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Sunteck Realty Limited at their meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, 21st April, 2026 has, recommended final dividend @ 150% of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of the Face Value of Re. 1 each to the shareholders for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The dividend shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Shares of Sunteck Realty Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 341.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 326.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36733 in over 965 trades.
