KNR Constructions Ltd receives claims with interest

KNR Constructions Limited (KNRCL/Company) has announced the receipt of gross amount of Claims on 21st April 2026 of Rs 91.79 Crores along with interest of Rs. 38.31 Crores. The total amounts of Rs 130.10 Crores have been received by the company pursuant to the Settlement Agreements signed between National Highways Authority of India and the Company dated 30th March 2026.

Madurai - Ramanathapuram section of NH 83 - Principal amount - Rs 72.20 Crores and Interest amount of Rs. 35 Crores

Pollachi - Coimbatore section of NH 83 - Principal amount - Rs 19.59 Crores and Interest amount of Rs. 3.31 Crores.

Shares of KNR Constructions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 121.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 121.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 58362 in over 1079 trades.
