Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd signs Lemon Tree Resort in Lonavala

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, India's fastest growing midscale and premium hotel chain, today announced the signing of Lemon Tree Resort in Lonavala, Maharashtra. With 15 operational properties in the state and 14 more in the pipeline, including this signing, the Company continues to deepen its presence in Maharashtra, one of India's most dynamic hospitality markets.

The resort will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Lonavala, nestled in the Sahyadri hills, is among the most sought-after leisure destinations in Western India, known for its scenic landscapes, pleasant climate and proximity to Mumbai and Pune. The destination attracts a steady mix of weekend travellers, destination weddings and corporate offsites, making it an ideal location for a branded resort offering.

The property will feature 50 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet, meeting room, swimming pool, spa and fitness center.

This addition reflects Lemon Tree Hotels' continued focus on strengthening its presence across prominent leisure destinations, while complementing its established footprint in key urban centres.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 106.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 107.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 169365 in over 1474 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 108.20 and intraday low of 105.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18024918.00.
