Onix Solar Energy Finalizes Rs 250 Cr Rights Issue Allotment

Onix Solar Energy Limited (formerly ABC GAS (INTERNATIONAL) Limited) has successfully completed its Rights Issue with the allotment of 45,76,305 fully paid-up equity shares at Rs. 546 each (including Rs. 536 premium), aggregating up to Rs. 250 Crores. The Rights Issue Committee approved this on March 09, 2026, following finalization of the basis of allotment in consultation with registrar MUFG Intime India Private Limited and BSE Limited.

The offer opened on Thursday, February 26, 2026, and closed on Friday, March 06, 2026, building on board approvals from December 29, 2025, and February 12, 2026, which set the record date, issue price, and rights entitlement ratio detailed in the Letter of Offer dated February 13, 2026.

Pre-allotment paid-up capital stood at Rs. 20,49,38,850 divided into 2,04,93,885 equity shares of Rs. 10 each; post-allotment, it increased to Rs. 25,07,01,900 with 2,50,70,190 shares of Rs. 10 each.
