Vivanta Industries Approves Sale of 12,242 sqm Land in Gujarat

Vivanta Industries Limited (BSE Scrip Code: 541735, ISIN: INE299W01022) announced that its Board of Directors approved the sale of land admeasuring approximately 12,242 square meters at Survey No. 173/1, Village Kalana, Gujarat-382100, during a meeting held from 5:00 p.m. to 5:25 p.m.

The property, with a book value of about Rs. 1.05 crores in the company's accounts, will be sold to Shreenath Enterprise (a partnership firm represented by Mr. Hasmukhbhai Jadav) for a lump sum cash consideration of Rs. 1.05 crores, subject to TDS under Income Tax provisions, legal due diligence, and regulatory approvals. No business operations were conducted on this land, ensuring no impact on company activities.

The transaction, approved based on the buyer's offer letter, anticipates signing an MOU in due course, with completion targeted on or before April 30, 2026, unless mutually extended. Shreenath Enterprise is not a related party, promoter, or group company affiliate.
