NALCO Launches IA91 Grade Aluminium Alloy Ingot

National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna CPSE under Ministry of Mines, Govt. of India has launched a new IA91 Grade Aluminium alloy ingot. IA91 is a high-performance, silicon-based casting alloy engineered to deliver an optimal balance of castability, mechanical strength, and corrosion resistance. The product was formally launched by Shri Anil Kumar Singh, Director (Commercial) in the presence of senior officials at NALCO's Kolkata Stockyard, yesterday. Designed for advanced casting applications, it is ideally suited to gravity die casting and low-pressure die casting, with primary applications in the automotive, electrical and power equipment, industrial sectors, and foundries. Congratulating the production and marketing teams, Shri Brijendra Pratap Singh, CMD, said that the expanding product portfolio reflects NALCO's continued commitment to delivering high-quality, value-added products.

Shares of National Aluminium Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 359.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 343.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 990015 in over 14932 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 360.80 and intraday low of 346.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 352416191.00.
