POWERGRID Bhadla Sikar Transmission Limited has successfully commissioned the Project

POWERGRID Bhadla Sikar Transmission Limited (a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.) secured through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding with a mandate for implementation of Inter-State Transmission System namely "Transmission system strengthening scheme for evacuation of Power from Solar energy Zones in Rajasthan (8.1GW) under Phase II - Part E" has been completely commissioned with effect from 14th January, 2026, for which Notification for Commercial Operation (DOCO) has been received via email on 16th January, 2026.

Shares of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 257.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 258.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 99697 in over 2542 trades.
