The Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA"), has approved the change in name of the Company from "Som Datt Finance Corporation Limited" to "Crescentis Capital Limited" on January 06, 2026.

Accordingly, the name of the Company stands changed to "Crescentis Capital Limited" with effect from January 06, 2026, and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company stand altered to reflect the said change.

The Company has initiated the necessary steps to give effect to the change of name with all concerned statutory authorities, regulators, and other stakeholders, including the Stock Exchange(s).
