Ace Software Exports Ltd approves allotment 54,71,101 partly paid up rights shares

The Fund Raising Committee of Ace Software Exports Limited has, at its meeting held today, i.e., December 19, 2025, approved the allotment of 54,71,101 partly paid up Rights Equity Shares of face value of ₹10 each (₹4.50 paid up) at a price of ₹110 per Rights Equity Share including a share premium of ₹100 per Rights Equity Share of which ₹49.50 per Rights Equity Share including a share premium of ₹45 per Rights Equity Share has been paid up on application and the balance amount shall be payable on one or more subsequent Call(s) as determined by our Board / Fund Raising Committee at its sole discretion, from time to time.
