Windsor Machines Limited completed the shifting of Existing Manufacturing facility from Chhatral (Injection Moulding Machines) to the New State of the Art Integrated Manufacturing Facility at Survey No 1147, 1148, 1149 and 1177, Village: Chibhda, SubDistrict: Lodhika, District: Rajkot, Gujarat, PIN: 360035 and which was informed via Note No. 10 to the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended September 30, 2025.

Status of Shifting of Existing Manufacturing facility from Vatva to Chibhda, Rajkot

The Company has commenced the shifting of its existing manufacturing facility located at Vatva (engaged in Pipe Extrusion & Blown Film Machines) to the New State of the Art Integrated Manufacturing Facility at Survey No 1147, 1148, 1149 and 1177, Village: Chibhda, Sub-District: Lodhika, District: Rajkot, Gujarat, PIN: 360035. Considering the scale and operations of the existing facility, the shifting process is expected to take approximately five (5) months for completion.
