Routesms Solutions FZE receives Partial Arbitration Award

Routesms Solutions FZE (a Wholly owned Subsidiary of Route Mobile Limited) has received the Partial Award issued by Singapore International Arbitration Centre, under the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre dated November 18, 2025, received by the Company on November 20, 2025 at 2:29 P.M. (IST) in the matter of Routesms Solutions FZE and Atom Myanmar Limited.

The arbitration relates to disputes under the International A2P SMS Termination and Firewall Managing Services Master Agreement. The Partial Award has adjudicated certain preliminary issues including interpretation of contractual provisions relating to committed traffic volumes, refund obligations of prepaid amounts. The arbitration proceedings are continuing for remaining issues.

As disclosed in company's consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, the Company had written off the balance net advance pertaining to this arrangement. Accordingly, there is no incremental financial impact arising from the Partial Award as of today. The Company will continue to monitor developments and make further disclosures, if required, in accordance with Listing Regulations.

Shares of ROUTE MOBILE LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 670.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 678.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30924 in over 914 trades.
