Ingersoll-Rand (India) Limited has fixed Tuesday, November 25, 2025, as the Record Date for determining list of Members entitled to receive the Interim Dividend of Rs. 55 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ending on March 31, 2026 which will be paid on December 11, 2025, subject to deduction of tax at source.
