Twenty Five Downtown Realty Ltd obtains RERA Registration Certificate for Tower 4 of 25 Downtown Project

Twenty Five Downtown Realty Limited (TFDRL), an associate company of Hubtown Limited ("the Company"), has obtained the RERA Registration Certificate for Tower 4 (Ruby Mount) of its 25 Downtown project located at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

With this, TFDRL has, as on date, obtained RERA registration for four towers (T1, T2, T3 and T4) of the aforesaid project.

Shares of Hubtown Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 309.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 311.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21415 in over 607 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 314.50 and intraday low of 306.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6661081.00.
