Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle), has entered into an agreement with IDFC First Bank Limited.

Zaggle shall offer its SaaS Solutions to Corporate Customers of IDFC First Bank Limited.

The term of the agreement shall commence on September 26, 2025 and shall continue until terminated.

Zaggle shall also offer IDFC First Bank's Forex Solutions to its Corporate Customers.
