SMC Global Securities Limited recommends 1:1 bonus issue

The Board of directors of SMC Global Securities Limited have approved and recommended to the shareholders, the issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1, i.e., one (1) bonus equity share of face value ₹2/- each for every one (1) fully paid-up equity share of face value ₹2/- each held by the members of the Company as on the Record Date (to be announced in due course).

The bonus issue will be effected by capitalising a sum not exceeding ₹20,94,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crores and Ninety-Four Lakhs only) out of the capital redemption reserve and securities premium account of the Company, subject to the approval of the members.

Shares of SMC Global Securities Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 141.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 140.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3382 in over 76 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 143.70 and intraday low of 139.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 477160.00.
