Dharan Infra EPC Ltd arm receives contracts worth Rs. 262.10 crore

The wholly owned subsidiary of Dharan Infra EPC Limited (formerly KBC Global Limited), i.e, Dharan Infra Solar Pvt. Ltd, has received work contracts of an aggregate value of approximately Rs. 262.10 crore from a leading renewable energy company in India engaged in solar power development.

It may be noted that:

- While execution responsibilities are contractually assigned to the subsidiary, the revenues and liabilities arising therefrom will be duly consolidated in the financial statements of Dharan Infra EPC Limited, in accordance with Ind-AS and applicable accounting standards.

- In order to protect commercial confidentiality and avoid prejudice to future business opportunities, the name of the counterparty has not been disclosed. The Company affirms that the counterparty is a credible and established entity in the renewable energy sector.
