Andhra Cements to consider allotment of 6670000 shares on Aug 01, 2008

Andhra Cements Ltd has announced that a meeting of Committee of Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company will be held on August 01, 2008 to consider the allotment of 66,70,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- at a price of Rs 28.60/- per share to the Promoters / Associate Companies on preferential basis as per the Orders of Hon'ble BIFR dated July 25, 2008 and in terms of the Resolution passed by the Members at Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on August 21, 2007.
