Baba Arts allots 6 Lakhs shares

Baba Arts Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2008, inter alia, has allotted 6,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 4/- each at a premium of Rs 40/- per share to Promoters (2,00,000) & Non Promoters (4,00,000) against exercise of warrants.

Decided to hold the 9th Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 04, 2008.
