Helios & Matheson approves allotment of 57 Lakhs warrants

Helios & Matheson Information Technology Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2008, inter alia, has unanimously approved the preferential allotment of 57 lakh nos of warrants convertible into equity shares or the Company to the promoters and others in accordance with SEBI guidelines and the pricing regulations laid down there in under. Postal ballot notice and other necessary particulars will be sent shortly.
