Lemon Tree Hotels signs a new property in Maharashtra

Lemon Tree Hotels announces its latest signing - Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Mhasrul, Nashik. This property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Mhasrul, Nashik will feature 50 wellappointed rooms, a restaurant and a banquet. The Nashik International Airport is approximately 16 kms away from the property, while the Nashik Railway Station is about 15 kms away. The hotel is well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.

The area is developing as an industrial belt and has a sizeable presence of the big conglomerates including Reliance and Godrej. It lies on the Saputara-Nashik Road offering it great to Gujarat.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 174.95 and intraday low of 167.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 78670027.00.
