Fire incident at P G Foils Limited's manufacturing plant

On Saturday, August 23, 2025, at approximately 12.15 A.M. fire broke out at the Company's LOT Gas Supply System in the Manufacturing Plant, located at PG Foils Limited, Pipalia Kalan Distt. Pali, Rajasthan - 306307.

Fire was controlled within 3 to 4 hours approximately with continuous efforts of fire fighters and no injury or loss to human life has occurred in the incidence. The Company is currently investigating the root cause of the incident and the expected loss caused due to the fire is approximately between Rs. 2.5 crore to Rs. 3 crores. We will provide an update on our findings in due course.

Further, we would like to inform you that the company has adequate insurance coverage and Company is taking steps to ensure normal operation at the plant at the earliest. The Company is committed to ensuring the highest safety standards.

Shares of PG FOILS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 206.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 213.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14151 in over 169 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 213.85 and intraday low of 198.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2929717.00.
