Sampre Nutritions Ltd enters into manufacturing agreement with Rama Exports

Sampre Nutritions Limited ("the Company") has entered into a Manufacturing Agreement with Rama Exports on 19 August 2025, for manufacturing nutraceutical and food products.

The agreement is expected to generate a business of INR 15 crores over the term of the contract, thereby contributing significantly to the company's revenues and supporting its nutraceutical and food product operations.

Rama Exports shall purchase products manufactured by Sampre Nutritions Ltd. at mutually agreed prices over a term of 3 years.

Shares of SAMPRE NUTRITIONS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 72.56 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 71.14. The total number of shares traded during the day was 133376 in over 43 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 72.56 and intraday low of 72.56. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9677762.00.
