Hindustan Media Ventures Limited to invest in CCPS of XCM Technologies Inc

Hindustan Media Ventures Limited has entered into an agreement today i.e. 21st August, 2025 at 06:05 p.m. to make an investment of upto Rs. 7.60 Crore, by subscribing to the equity shares/ convertible equity linked instruments (compulsory convertible preference shares) of XCM Technologies Inc.

XCM Technologies Inc. incorporated on June 1, 2021 in Canada, is operating the platform (both website and app) by the name "Toyow", which is a marketplace for tokenized assets and go to destination for listing and purchasing digital assets. The company also provides Tokenization as a service.

Shares of Hindustan Media Ventures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 87.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 88.06. The total number of shares traded during the day was 176 in over 8 trades.
