EMS Limited receives LoA for Electrical Works

EMS Limited has received the Letter of Award for Electrical Works under project Development, Operation and Maintenance of the Multimodal Logistics Park (MMLP) Nagpur at Sindi, In Wardha District in the State of Maharashtra through Public Private Partnership on Design, Build, Finance Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis From Deltabulk Shipping India Pvt Ltd (Project which is part of PM Gati Shakti-National Master Plan). As part of this, NHAI has signed an agreement with M/s. DC Multi Modal Park (Nagpur) Limited, a SPV of M/s Deltabulk Shipping India Pvt Ltd.

The estimated order value (excluding GST) is approximately Rs. 1946.11 lakhs (Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Six Lacs and Eleven Thousand Only).

Shares of EMS Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 610.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 608.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4848 in over 344 trades.
