Kajaria Ceramics Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Kajaria Ceramics Limited at its meeting held today, commenced at 12.30 p.m. and concluded at 1.40 p.m., has considered and approved, the Interim Dividend of Rs. 8 per equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2025-26.

The 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of members of the Company for the aforesaid Interim Dividend will be Friday, October 24, 2025. The payment of the said Interim Dividend will be made on/before November 14, 2025.

Shares of Kajaria Ceramics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1251.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1233.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10353 in over 1017 trades.
