Suratwwala Royyal Hills Properties LLP one of the Subsidiaries of SURATWWALA BUSINESS GROUP LIMITED is in receipt of Environmental Clearance certificate for the project "Californiaa West" towards construction of Residential Housing project at Kasar Amboli Village Taluka Mulshi District Pune in an area of approximately 68,660 Sq. Meters and a Built Area of 80,884.26 Sq. Meters.

The Total Cost of the Project is Rs. 335 Crores (Rupees Three Hundred and Thirty-Five Crores Only)
