CFF Fluid Control Ltd signs MoU with GRSE

CFF Fluid Control Limited (CFF), specializing in critical Naval Ship and submarine systems, has signed a MoU with M/s Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Ltd (GRSE), a Government of India undertaking engaged primarily in the business of design, building and repair of warships, support naval vessels, other commercial vessels, and also engaged in engineering business.

This MoU marks a strategic step towards enhancing CFF's portfolio in Naval & Marine Systems. The Parties have agreed to collaborate in the development of the Subsea based sonar and to jointly pursue and execute contracts for the same by collaborating their mutual strengths and expertise.

Shares of CFF Fluid Control Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 625.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 659.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 192000 in over 792 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 637.70 and intraday low of 612.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 120531470.00.
