Le Lavoir Ltd inks MoU to acquire 51% stake in Shree Vrajendra Foods Pvt Ltd

Le Lavoir Limited has entered a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shree Vrajendra Foods Private Limited on June 30, 2025, to acquire 51.00% stake in the Company.

The Shree Vrajendra Foods Private Limited shall engage in the Manufacturing, trading, contract farming, retail sales of Edible oil, food grains and other food items including import and export of all types of edible oil, food grains and food items.

This acquisition, amounting to a 51.00% stake (Post Completion of the Acquisition) in Shree Vrajendra Foods Private Limited. After this acquisition Le Lavoir Limited will issue its own shares to the Promoter of Shree Vrajendra Foods Private Limited through Swap of Shares.

Shares of LE Lavoir Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 323.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 323.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3108 in over 35 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 329.85 and intraday low of 323.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1013446.00.
