Magnum Ventures to raise funds

Magnum Ventures Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2008, inter alia, has discussed and approved for raising of funds by means of a right issue of shares by the Company to fund its upcoming five star hotel project.

The stock closed the day at Rs.15.79, up by Rs.1.23 or 8.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.45 and low of Rs.14.25.

The total traded quantity was 94809 compared to 2 week average of 46343.
