Tata Chemicals Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 11

The Board of directors of Tata Chemicals Limited has recommended a dividend of ₹ 11 per share i.e. 110% for the financial year 2024-25.

The dividend, if approved by the members at the ensuing 86th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, will be paid (subject to deduction of tax at source) within five days of the AGM.

Shares of Tata Chemicals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 826.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 816.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32070 in over 1687 trades.
