Mahanagar Gas Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 18

The Board of Directors of Mahanagar Gas Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 18/-per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs.12/-per equity share, as declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 28, 2025. Accordingly, the total dividend for the financial year 2024-25 will be Rs. 30/-per equity share having face value of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of Mahanagar Gas Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1377.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1404.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39775 in over 3986 trades.
