IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 30, special dividend of Rs. 20

The board of directors of IndiaMART InterMESH Limited have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 30/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25 and a special dividend of Rs. 20/- per equity share aggregating to total dividend of Rs. 50/- per equity share, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration and approval of final dividend by the shareholders of the Company.

The Board has fixed Friday, June 6, 2025 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the names of members eligible for the payment of above said final dividend for FY 2024-25 and a special dividend whose names appear in the Register of Members maintained by the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agents / List of Beneficial Owners, as received from the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).

Shares of Indiamart Intermesh Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2331.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2235.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11885 in over 1912 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2367.55 and intraday low of 2241.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27553278.00.
