Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.70

The board of directors of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited have approved the recommendation of final dividend of Re. 0.70/‐ per equity share (35% per equity share of face value of Rs.2/‐ each) for the year ended 31 March, 2025, out of the profits of the Company. The dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as on 24 July 2025 within 30 days from the date of 47th Annual General Meeting (i.e., on or before 29 August, 2025), upon approval by the shareholders at the 47th AGM.
