Tanla Platforms Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 6

The board of directors of Tanla Platforms Ltd have approved the declaration of 2nd interim dividend for the FY 2024-25 at the rate of ₹ 6/- per equity share (i.e., 600%) of face value ₹ 1/- each.

The 'Record Date' for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said interim dividend, as declared by the Board shall be April 30, 2025. The payment of interim dividend shall be made on or before May 30, 2025.

Shares of Tanla Platforms Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 469.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 484.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 190230 in over 6696 trades.
