Adani Hydro Energy Five Ltd enters into PPA with UPPCL for supply of 1250 MW

Adani Hydro Energy Five Limited, a Wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited, has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited ("UPPCL") for supply of 1,250 MW energy storage capacity from Pumped Hydro Storage Projects.

The PPA was executed at 3.00 p.m. on April 23, 2025.

Shares of Adani Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 952.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 942.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 199224 in over 6485 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 957.00 and intraday low of 925.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 188033562.00.
