HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 90

The Board of Directors of HDFC Asset Management Company Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held today i.e. April 17, 2025, has, recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 90/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be dispatched / remitted within the applicable regulatory timelines after the Annual General Meeting.
