ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.85

The Board of Directors ("Board") of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited has at their meeting, which commenced at 13:52 IST and concluded at 15:49 IST on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 0.85 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each, to the shareholders of the Company which shall be subject to the shareholders' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The final dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders within 30 days from the declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
