Camson Bio to raise funds through issue of securities

Camson Bio Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 22, 2008, inter alia, has decided the issue of Equity Shares, Warrants and FCCB aggregating Rs 30.10 crores subject to approval from Shareholders.

Delisting of Equity Share from Hyderabad and Delhi Stock Exchanges.
