Muthoot Capital Services Ltd raises Rs. 68.62 crores through securitization transaction

Muthoot Capital Services Limited has completed a securitization transaction, raising an amount of ₹ 68,62,68,030.62/- (Rupees Sixty Eight Crores Sixty Two Lakhs Sixty Eight Thousand and Thirty point Six Two only) in 2 tranches, by assignment of loan receivables aggregating to ₹ 73,00,72,373.00/- (Rupees Seventy Three Crores Seventy Two Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy-Three Only) on March 29, 2025.

This is the Sixth Securitization / Direct Assignment transaction carried out by the Company during FY 2024 - 2025.

The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.

Shares of Muthoot Capital Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 246.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 249.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6045 in over 657 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 257.50 and intraday low of 246.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1503839.00.
