Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills Ltd sells land for Rs. 2.41 crore

Pursuant to the approval of the board of directors of Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills Ltd in its meeting held on 17.10.2024 regarding disposal of the piece of land situated at Moradabad, requisite shareholder's approval was taken by Postal Ballot, the results of which declared on 12.09.2024. Respective disclosure has been given in past on 17.10.2024.

The above piece of land is lying surplus and was not put into use, therefore, there will be no impact on the business operations of the Company.

The Land bearing Khasra number 371Min & 371/2 Min. and admeasuring approx. 709.479 Sq. meters and boundary walls situated at Moradabad has been sold for Rs. 2,41,11,480/-.

Shares of Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 24.69 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 24.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8408 in over 49 trades.
