Ola Electric arm settles dues with Rosmerta Group

Ola Electric has amicably settled all outstanding dues between its wholly owned subsidiary, Ola Electric Technologies Private Limited, and the Rosmerta Group. As a result, the Rosmerta Group has filed the memo for withdrawal of the petitions filed before the National Company Law Tribunal ("NCLT"), Bengaluru.

The matter now stands fully resolved. Ola Electric remains committed to fulfilling its obligations and maintaining professional relationships with all stakeholders.

Shares of OLA Electric Mobility Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 55.72 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 56.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3317685 in over 10117 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 58.90 and intraday low of 54.81. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 185845243.00.
