CP Capital Limited gets favorable verdict on claim against RSLDC

The Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal as appointed by Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court allowed CP Capital Limited's (Formerly known as Career Point Limited) claim application vide order dated March 17, 2025 against Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation ("RSLDC") for invocation of Bank Guarantee of Rs. 54.22 lakhs by RSLDC and recovery of outstanding amount of Rs. 100.00 lakhs against claim amount of Rs. 159.19 lakhs and also awarded Rs. 8 lakhs towards cost of litigation etc.

Shares of Career Point Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 380.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 376.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7231 in over 152 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 410.00 and intraday low of 370.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2737810.00.
