Moneyboxx Finance Limited allots NCDs worth Rs. 60 crore

The Working Committee of the Board of directors of Moneyboxx Finance Limited in its meeting held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 has approved the allotment of 6,000 Rated, Listed, Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures each having a face value of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh each) and at an aggregate value of INR 60,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Sixty Crore Only) ("Debentures"), on a private placement basis to the Identified Investors.

Shares of Moneyboxx Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 207.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 195.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19159 in over 219 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 213.95 and intraday low of 195.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3876870.00.
