HUDCO declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1.05

The Board of Directors of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO), in their meeting held on Monday, 10th March, 2025, has considered and approved declaration of Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.05/- per equity share, i.e. @ 10.50% (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2024-25 and fixed Friday, 14th March, 2025 as Record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.

The process for payment of Interim Dividend will be completed within 30 days of its declaration.

Shares of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 182.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 182.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 256419 in over 2480 trades.
