Xpro India Limited cancels corporate guarantee issued to subsidiary

Xpro India Limited had issued a Corporate Guarantee of an amount of upto EUR 12,048,750 (approx. INR 110.52 Crores) in favour of Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH, in relation to the liability of our Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Xpro Dielectric Films FZ-LLC, towards contractual dues for procurement of capital equipment.

The said Corporate Guarantee now stands expired and cancelled, pursuant to fulfilment of obligations directly by Xpro Dielectric Films FZ-LLC, and such expiry/cancellation of guarantee stands duly acknowledged by the said capital equipment supplier.

Shares of Xpro India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1084.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1046.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 935 in over 245 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1087.45 and intraday low of 1032.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1003824.00.
