Seamec Ltd announces breakdown of vessel Seamec Swordfish

Seamec Ltd's Vessel "SEAMEC SWORDFISH" had been off-hired due to breakdown.

Due to above breakdown continuing, Vessel was not able to carry out agreed scope of work. After protracted discussion with Charterer, Vessel was deployed in a different role as ADSV (Air Diving Support Vessel) with effect from 2nd February 2025 till 28th February 2025 at revised rate of USD 40,000 per day.

The addendum having retrospective effect signed on 26th February, 2025.

The value for the revised period amounts to USD 1,080,000.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 932.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 940.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 256 in over 56 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 938.65 and intraday low of 919.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 237943.00.
