Amwill Healthcare Limited ("Company") is pleased to announce a significant step towards enhancing corporate governance. As you are aware, the Company has been utilizing the services of Amderma Healthcare LLP ("Amderma") as a Carrying & Forwarding (C&F) agent. Previously, the promoters of Amwill Healthcare Limited held a stake in Amderma, thereby making it a related party.

With immediate effect, the promoters have decided to exit Amderma Healthcare LLP. As a result, Amderma will now be solely operated by an independent third party, with no control or influence from either the promoters or the Company. This move aligns with our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance and transparency.

Amderma has played a crucial role in Amwill Healthcare's supply chain management, ensuring seamless operations over the years. Following this change, the Company will enter into a new C&F agency agreement with Amderma to continue leveraging its established and efficient distribution network.

Additionally, Amwill Healthcare Limited has initiated efforts to onboard super stockists across various states to facilitate expansion and enhance market penetration. This strategic initiative is expected to further boost investor confidence and contribute to the Company's sustained growth.
