Keybloom Realty Pvt Ltd to acquire land in Pardi, Nagpur

Keybloom Realty Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary ("Keybloom") of Keystone Realtors Limited has on February 17, 2025, entered into an Sale Deed with Mrs. Sangita Talmale, Mr. Bhavesh Talmale and Mr. Aayush Talmale (herein referred as "Sellers") for acquisition of land admeasuring approximately 13,473 square meters situated at Pardi, Nagpur ("said Land").

This provides a strategic opportunity to enter the high growth geography with rapid growth of infrastructure at Nagpur with a limited investment of Rs. 20 crores to participate in the larger land parcel envisaged to be developed.

Shares of Keystone Realtors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 507.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 499.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2157 in over 122 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 516.35 and intraday low of 496.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1095397.00.
