C and C Constructions Limited updates on liquidation

C and C Constructions Limited is under liquidation vide NCLT order dated 07 Oct 2022. The Company has been sold as a going concern through its 14th E Auction for total sale consideration of INR 104 crores. This is in addition to the sale of investment block made in the 13th round of E-auction for sale consideration of INR 31 crores. The total sale consideration from the 13th and 14th rounds of E - auction amounts to INR 135 crores. The liquidator has received entire sale consideration of INR 135 crores from both the 13th auction purchaser and 14th auction purchaser. The liquidator had already issued sale certificate to the 13th auction purchaser on 6th August 2024, and has now issued the sale certificate dated 27th December to the 14th auction purchaser RK Constructions upon receipt of complete sale consideration from him along with interest on delayed payments.
