NHC Foods Limited allots 47,42,00,000 equity shares on rights basis

The Rights Issue Committee (the "Committee") of NHC Foods Limited passed the resolution on December 23, 2024 for considering and approving the allotment of 47,42,00,000 fully paid-up Equity Shares at an issue price of ₹ 1 per Equity Share to eligible public shareholders or applicants (renouncee), as the case may be pursuant to the Rights Issue.

Accordingly, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has been increased from ₹11,85,50,000 to ₹ 59,27,50,000 by addition of 47,42,00,000 equity shares.

The said fully paid-up Equity Shares allotted to eligible public shareholders or applicants (renouncee), as the case may be, shall rank pari-passu in all respect with the existing fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Company.
